The book, which addresses neuroscience from a multidisciplinary perspective, was published with valuable contributions from many expert authors in the field. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kaan İldiz. ## **Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan: “The new frontier of science has become the brain”** In the introductory article of the work, Tarhan emphasized that approaching neuroscience from a multidisciplinary perspective can make many significant contributions to humanity; “The new frontier of science has become the brain. We can call the brain a miniature universe, and the universe an enlarged brain. Approaching neuroscience from a multidisciplinary perspective can provide many significant contributions to humanity. This approach integrates neuroscience with different disciplines such as psychiatry, psychology, genetics, engineering, artificial intelligence, biology, sociology, and philosophy, enabling a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the brain and nervous system.” he said. ## **“Multidisciplinary neuroscience enables humanity to advance in many areas”** Stating that the multidisciplinary neuroscience approach makes significant contributions to improving the quality of life at the societal level, Tarhan said; “Multidisciplinary neuroscience goes beyond understanding the human brain, enabling humanity to advance in many areas such as health, education, technology, and social problems. Thinking that this approach makes significant contributions to improving the quality of life at both individual and societal levels, we wanted to present you with a team effort.
