Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, who was deemed worthy of the ‘Golden Author’ award for his works Psychology of Wisdom 1-2, extended his thanks in his speech at the ceremony and described his writing journey with these words: “At the point science has reached in the 21st Century, there are some questions. These are three things that press upon the human soul: ‘Nothingness, unknowability, and uncertainty.’ In essence, being a thinker and a writer is an effort to find answers to these three pressures. In response, humans are in search of meaning, peace, and solace. While searching for this, modern man's nightmares such as depression and stress emerged. As humans, we forget that we are part of a greater meaning. This is what the psychology of wisdom demonstrates. After quantum physics, it was understood that beyond the speed of light, there are black holes, and a universe where the speed of light begins and ends. The emergence of quantum entanglement showed that materialism can no longer produce solutions. In that case, everything questioned is science. If faith and religion enter the laboratory, it is science. My book ‘Psychology of Wisdom’ is a work that breaks this misconception. Wisdom will save the future of humanity. Therefore, a synthesis of ancient wisdom and science is necessary. I tried to achieve this synthesis in this book. Because the science of the future is moving in this direction. I am very happy that my book offers a different perspective to young people and attracts their attention,” he concluded. ## **Many Celebrities from the World of Literature and Art Came Together ** At the Golden Pen Awards, where significant names from the world of literature and art met, important figures in addition to Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan were also deemed worthy of awards. The Golden Pen Awards, the biggest literary gathering of the year, also hosted an exhibition featuring artistic works painted in a futuristic style, inspired by the books that received awards in the Golden Book category under the title “Reflections Of The Books.” ## **About ‘Psychology of Wisdom’** Setting out with the idea that wisdom should not remain merely a verbal and abstract attitude, but rather be a part of our daily lives and a value in our life practice, Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan examines wisdom, which he sees as the most fundamental value of the 21st century, in his two works titled Psychology of Wisdom 1-2. Psychology of Wisdom 1, subtitled “Rational Belief, Spinoza’s Fallacy, and the Evolution of Evolution,” conveys with evidence-based data how belief is founded on common principles with rational reason in light of the data science has reached in the post-quantum era, the scientific basis of the Higgs Boson-God Particle thesis, and the necessity, from a scientific ethics perspective, for science to consider creation at the current juncture, alongside topics such as the Creation and Evolution dilemma. Psychology of Wisdom 2, subtitled “The Art of Finding the Good, the True, and the Beautiful,” refers to the original roots of the wisdom teaching defined by the West as Positive Psychology, bringing a wisdom-based perspective to the concepts of ego-self.
