A “Alumni Association Member Meeting” was organized by the Üsküdar University Alumni Association (ÜSÜMED). The meeting aimed to strengthen communication and cooperation among graduates. Within the scope of the meeting, the activities of the Alumni Association were evaluated, and it was also stated that new meetings would be planned to shape the future roadmap.

The meeting, held at the Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall on Üsküdar University’s Main Campus, was attended by Deputy Secretary General Ayşe Öztürk, Head of the Career Center Department Remziye Çopur, and alumni members.

Alumni Association activities were reviewed

During the meeting, the activities carried out by the Üsküdar University Alumni Association to date were reviewed, and future plans were discussed.

ÜSÜMED aims to strengthen ties among graduates

Founded in 2015, the Üsküdar University Alumni Association (ÜSÜMED) has aimed to strengthen bonds among graduates by encouraging alumni to become members of the association since its establishment.

The association also aims to carry out educational and social activities, increase cooperation and social solidarity among graduates, and sustain the culture of Üsküdar University and the awareness of being an “Üsküdar University graduate” through alumni student interaction.

Alumni contributions were discussed

In addition to events that had previously been organized mainly on a department basis, this time a meeting open to all members was held, during which the contributions that alumni could provide to the association were discussed.

Suggestions were also shared on how future activities could offer greater qualitative benefits to graduates.

New meetings planned to shape the roadmap

The meeting, where participating members expressed their views and suggestions, was met with satisfaction among alumni.

It was decided that similar meetings would be held regularly in order to determine the roadmap of the association’s activities.
