Project culture strengthened through university–public sector collaboration
The “Project Cycle Management Training”, organized through the collaboration of Üsküdar University and the Ümraniye District Governorate, contributed to the wider adoption of a project-based approach in public services. Within the scope of the training, academic knowledge was brought together with field experience. At the end of the program, certificates were presented to participants by Ümraniye District Governor Yüksel Çelik during a certificate ceremony.

The training program was conducted by Asst. Prof. Nebiye Yaşar, Social Contribution Coordinator at Üsküdar University. The program provided managers and specialists working in public institutions with comprehensive insights into project development processes.
Within the framework of the program, the following topics were covered:
- Project development
- Implementation
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Resource and risk management
- Impact analysis and sustainability
Academic knowledge meets field experience
By combining academic expertise with practical experience, the training aimed to enhance the institutional capacity of public institutions and to establish a measurable, impact-oriented, and sustainable project culture in public services.

Certificates presented
At the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants by Ümraniye District Governor Yüksel Çelik during the certificate ceremony. The event stood out as a strong example of university–public sector collaboration supported by tangible outcomes.
Improving quality in public projects
The program, carried out under the coordination of Üsküdar University, is expected to improve the quality of public projects, promote an interdisciplinary perspective, and contribute to generating long-term social impact.
