The “Single Password” system is now live with its new look
Üsküdar University continues to make its digital infrastructure more user-friendly and secure every day. Within this scope, the “Single Password” system developed by the Department of Digital Technologies and Software and also appreciated by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) has now been launched with newly added MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) reset and easy email retrieval features.

Supporting its quality-oriented education approach with a strong digital ecosystem, Üsküdar University continues to strengthen its digital service network.
Access to all systems with a single password
Implemented in line with Üsküdar University’s digital transformation vision, the single password system allows academic staff, administrative staff, and students to access all university systems with one key.
The updated system is now available at teksifre.uskudar.edu.tr. It brings together core services such as LMS (Learning Management System), OBS (Student Information System), STIX, corporate email, and Wi-Fi under a single platform.
With this system, which has also been recognized by YÖK, users achieve maximum time savings by accessing all digital resources of the university with one password instead of using separate passwords for each platform.
MFA reset feature
One of the most critical updates integrated into the system is the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) reset feature. Thanks to this new function, which enhances cybersecurity to the highest level, users can manage their own MFA verification processes without needing technical support in cases such as:
changing devices,
technical issues such as the deletion of the authenticator application.
This step ensures that the system remains both secure and sustainable.
Student-focused solution: “I want to learn my email address”
Another innovation added to the system to facilitate students’ institutional communication processes is the “I Want to Learn My Student Email Address” button.
With this feature, students can access their email addresses, which are required to benefit from the university’s digital services, within seconds.
Digital transformation and quality processes will continue uninterrupted
Üsküdar University Digital Transformation Coordinator Murat Gülşen stated that the system is not only a login tool but also the center of the university’s digital security. He also noted that their work within the scope of YÖKAK has been met with appreciation by YÖK members and emphasized that all digital platform systems will continue to be developed with user-friendly approaches and new integrations.
