Üsküdar University has synchronized its student affairs automation system with the European Student Card (ESC) platform, making identity verification processes for students digital and secure. Taking an important step in line with the digital transformation goals of the Erasmus+ program, Üsküdar University has been accepted into the European Student Card (ESC) system. From now on, students will be able to verify their identities easily and safely at universities across Europe using their personalized QR codes.

As part of the process, Üsküdar University completed the necessary technical preparations and submitted its application to the ESC system.

Following the approval of the application, tests confirmed that the personalized QR codes for each student were successfully generated.

A more digital, secure, and practical experience in Europe

To ensure the efficient functioning of the system, Üsküdar University will synchronize its student affairs automation with ESC. This will allow students’ essential information (student number, name, academic level, email address, profile photo, etc.) to be regularly updated. With these verified details, students will be able to confirm their identity easily and securely at universities across Europe.

With this innovation, Üsküdar University students will enjoy a more digital, secure, and practical experience throughout their Erasmus+ mobility periods.
