Üsküdar University has shared the results of its 2024-2025 Academic Year "Feedback Survey." When compared to the Türkiye University Experience Research conducted by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE), the results indicate that students are highly satisfied with the services offered at Üsküdar University. The survey highlights the university’s high performance in various areas such as digital platforms, infrastructure, security, cultural and artistic events, dining services, psychological counseling, and services for students with disabilities. Students particularly expressed their satisfaction with the quality of services and security.

Easy access to department information via mobile apps!

According to the survey results, 80% of students responded positively to the question: "Are communication channels such as social media, websites, mobile applications, and TV actively used and sufficient for information sharing?" This high percentage demonstrates Üsküdar University’s strong performance in digital platforms and communication channels. Students also emphasized that they could easily access department information through the university’s mobile application.

High satisfaction with infrastructure facilities!

Üsküdar University students reported a high level of satisfaction with classroom infrastructure, including heating, lighting, and cleanliness. According to the survey results, 82% of students responded positively to the question: "Are all classrooms sufficient in terms of infrastructure (heating, lighting, cleanliness)?"

88% of students feel safe on campus!

Survey results revealed that Üsküdar University students have a high level of satisfaction with campus security. In the "Feedback Survey," 88% of students responded positively to the question: "Are security services sufficient on my campus?", which is confirming that students find the university a safe place.

This result highlights the university’s student-centered approach and commitment to ensuring a secure environment, emphasizing the effectiveness and adequacy of its security services.

Rich cultural and artistic experiences take center stage!

Üsküdar University prioritizes not only academic success but also rich cultural and artistic experiences for its students. To support students' social development, artistic, cultural, and scientific events are organized both in-person and online, receiving great appreciation.

According to survey results, 75% of students responded positively to the question: "Are the artistic, cultural, and scientific events organized in-person and online satisfactory and sufficient?" These events allow students to explore their creativity, engage with different cultures, and develop a sense of social responsibility.

Students are highly satisfied with food and cleanliness!

The high satisfaction with dining services and cleanliness reflects the university’s meticulous approach and commitment to student needs. In survey results, 82% of students responded positively to the question: "Are the physical conditions of the dining and cafeteria services (cleanliness, lighting, heating) suitable?" This shows students’ satisfaction with the university’s dining and cafeteria facilities.

Additionally, 87% of students provided positive feedback regarding the cleanliness of restrooms, highlighting the university's dedication to maintaining hygiene standards.

Psychological counseling and guidance services are a priority!

Üsküdar University has made psychological counseling and guidance services a key priority. Students emphasized that these services are accessible and sufficient. Survey results show that 80% of students responded positively to the question: "Are the psychological counseling and guidance services accessible and sufficient?"

Disability is not a barrier at üsküdar!

Üsküdar University has made significant progress in providing services for students with disabilities. The university continuously improves its infrastructure to ensure a more accessible educational experience, aiming to offer the best possible opportunities.

According to survey results, 85% of participants responded positively to the question: "Are service areas designed with the needs of individuals with disabilities in mind?"—demonstrating the university’s commitment to inclusivity.

High satisfaction with laboratory and practical opportunities!

Üsküdar University has made significant improvements in research and development (R&D), as well as in laboratory and practical application facilities. It continuously strengthens its infrastructure to provide the best research environment for its students and academic staff.

According to surveys, 79% of participants responded positively to the question: "Are R&D, laboratory, and application areas accessible and sufficient?" This result once again highlights Üsküdar University's quality in scientific research and applied education, as well as the opportunities it provides to students.

A globally satisfying educational opportunity!

Üsküdar University continues to make a significant impact in international relations and student exchange programs. By establishing strong ties with universities worldwide, it offers its students educational opportunities on a global scale.

Survey results indicate that 77% of participants responded positively to the question: "Are Erasmus+ student exchange programs accessible and sufficient?" which is further demonstrating the university’s influence in the international arena.
